Aeso and I researched this for months. I got one of our team's black belts to invent a version of the RNC where he had his instep on the back of the victim's neck, but as was already pointed out the answer was a terrible anticlimax.
Sweet; I thought my War gi was over the limit.

Incidentally, my new instructor uses that terminology. I get big laffs from it because I imagine someone in a gi trying to do a toehold on a lion.
Bonus points for anyone that can place this phrase without googling:

Souh Park, when token (the little rich black kid) can't fit in with the poor kids so he invites rich kids and hangs with them. He can't fit in there so he goes and lives with lions who enjoy jokes (and trick gum). The funny part about that episode was that all thee rich kids were black and were discriminated against the south park hick rednecks for being "rich" and they burn a "t" on they're lawn as in "time to leave" and scare them away by dressing up as "ghosts." I swear by the name of Helio that I didn't use a search engeine of any kind dont mess with my southpark knowledge.

Can we get a photo that will dispell the image that I have in my mind of a pro wrestling move?
