I dunno. When the kimura stops working (jeah....righ'!), maybe I'll branch out. By and large, wrist control is about effective as any grappler would expect it to be during "live" training or application.
Now that I think back, there was a goose-neck to standing key-lock transition which seemed to work pretty well in (police) training. I'd just as soon skip over the goose-neck entirely though.
That's my goal. To try the latter next time. Problem is, you gotta be really fast to get this arm up above him, when invariably they are just trying to seize up or turn away from you.
