    Holy **** you're small.

You should try going up, not down.

Seriously though...this weight thing scares the crap out of me. I'm like, what if I weight 215 on my scale but their scale sucks and I'm like 218? The weigh ins are the night before the fight and I'd like to be back up to 220-225 by fight time.

I'm more worried about the damn scale than someone damaging my model-esque looks.

haha, I always have that worry too. For me, I always try to stay a good 2lbs according to my scale under what I say I'm going to be (like for WAKO I said I'd come in at 132lbs and was 130 all that week), but I think it's generally not a big deal at all if you're a little over. If they do care that much, it seems to be the case for most people that you can drop two pounds from a half hour of skipping rope in a sweat suit.

i mention this to my coach. cant remember exactly what i said something about beaches and hoes and he basically said if i gain weight he will make me lose it while giving me a menacing samoan look. you know, the "Im about twice your size and eat a live horse every day before i go to sleep on my bed of nails" look

so i decided ill stay at this weight for now :/

Well Alex at least walks around at 141, so it's not like he ACTUALLY weighs the same as me

What I'm really interested in is I'm 6'6" and I've dropped from 235 to 215 for this. He's supposedly 6' tall and a natural 215'er. Will be interesting to see what happens in a week.

I figure if I get KTFO, everyone will point their fingers and laugh. I'll just be like, "screw you guys, I can finally tailgate properly again!"

I dropped 4kg in a week and a half (from 72 to 68). It is actually harder for me now that I am getting a bit older. I guess the metabolism is starting to slow down.
