OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. -- An Osceola County karate instructor was jailed for a second time Wednesday night on new allegations of sexual misconduct with several students.
Bradley Knight was first arrested on August 18. He was accused of having consensual sex with a 16-year-old girl, but posted bond minutes after arriving at the Osceola County Jail.
Deputies said he'd been teaching classes at the Tiger's Den Karate Academy on East Carroll Street in Kissimmee ever since. Knight owns the academy and works as the head instructor.
After his first arrest, detectives said four more people claimed to be Knight's victims. That included a 12-year-old girl, whose story led to Wednesday night's arrest.
Two grown women have also claimed Knight abused them more than a decade ago, when they were young students. But detectives said the statute of limitations may have run out on their cases.
Investigators also said they were still examining the claims of a local teenager, who said she too was a victim of more recent abuse by Knight.
Wednesday night, Knight was ineligible for bond.
