Yes I have to agree with you Micheal. I have found both BJJ and MT very effective for self defense which is why I origanlly started taking them.
But now that I have gotton more into the "sport" side of it all I have learn to love it even more. I plan on being in training for quite some time, and loving every minute of it. -
