Could me mono. That's what really took me down about 6 years ago. Anyways, it's not that uncommon for a flu to hit your muscles. Really. Sometimes it induces muscular pain, sometimes bone pain, which is worse when it's cold (in Spanish we call that as "cold getting into the bones"... or some **** translated like that.)
Just bite the bullet. It will be over in a few days. In the meantime, take ibuf or aspirin, lots of liquid, and rub the affected areas with vick vaporub. Apply heating pads if possible. That type of pain goes off temporarily with the application of heat.
Or maybe it's not flu, and this is what happens when you **** chicken and puppies on a regular basis. With you, that would be my guess :tongue3:Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris
