You actually want me to tell you what i eat each day, i eat different stuff every day. Dont make such dumb posts.
1. calcium (although it increases time that it takes to recover)
2. lots of protein
4. carbs/complex carbs
n other stuff, just eat alot, avoid the damn cheetos fatass.

sometimes I eat toast..... :)
breakfast is like a cup or two of yoghurt, various fruits like prunes, raisins, apples and bananas, and a cup of oatmeal on top. sometimes an egg if Im going to be hungry. Oh and my protein shake too.
lunch is standard school lunch: fish, rice, soup and some kind of pickled veggie, a milk. Not so much choice in this category, but its not bad as far as balance is concerned.
Usually have a diet bar/calorie-mate or something high in carbs an hour or so before I workout.
Dinner is all over the place, usually whatever I have to cook with. Sometimes its pasta, light stirfry etc....and a protein shake.

Between 3300 and 3700 calories, at least 180g protien, and about 3 gallons of liquid.
eggs are the only thing i eat every day. Fucking love em.
