Boxer Retains Title Despite Broken Jaw

Came across this story and thought others might be interested.

Seems like this Abraham guy went through a ton of **** ( broken jaw, low blows, rabbit punches and head butts ) against some dirty Colombian fighter named Edison Miranda to retain the IBF Middleweight title.
    Good for him.

Page not found. In any case do the IBF not let a little thing like rules spoil their title fights?

Fighter fights 8 rounds with a broken jaw.

Here's an article about a guy who got his jaw broken and went on to win the fight and retain his title.:

It was a title bout. I don't think they would have stopped it so casually as if it was just an everyday match. There is money involved, after all.
