    Whaddya Deadlift?

    EVERYONE POST YOUR STATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    A couple of months ago I was deadlifting 275-300 RAW depending on the day.

    I'm 200-205 depending on what time of the day it is.

    Maybe it's my terrible technique, but I deadlift less than I squat (slightly under 1x bodyweight).

    Trap bar dead lifts somewhere in excess of 300 for 5 reps (don't know what the bar weighs)

    Weight ~205

    I am unable to squat because of spinal compression issues so trap bar deads are somewhere in the middle of squats and deadlifts.

    I deadlift less than I squat too.... I think my legs are just out of wack and can squat more than my upper body can hold onto. It's catching up though. hopefully my back will quit hurting soon


    Edit: Nevermind, It's the fact that my legs are short waay short.

    and I weight 170lbs

    I deadlift my bodyweight, but nowhere near 1.5X it.

    I weigh 170; I guess I've been a been cautious with deadlifting. Unsure about my form, still.

    I don't do one rep maxes anymore, just 2s and 3s.
