Henderson, Lindland, and Coleman have all done very well, and the only one to medal was Lindland.

Rulon Gardener is 1-0 so I can't see how you can say he didn't do well.

Actually if we just go by the wrestlers, since Angle is not a judoka, they have a 4/3 success to failure ratio. Not that bad.

Also I don't think Lungu ever competed in the Olympics.

Yeah, but most of those guys had the majority of their wins in the early days of MMA...and haven't had their bodies destroyed by prowrestling.

Probably not going to happen - he's signed with the TNA promotion. Which I think is good - the lighter travel schedule will let him get his personal life back in order and hopefully get him healthy again.

Turns out the whole thing was a swerve to keep his TNA debut a secret. Which I think they pulled off very well considering the buzz beforehand in the MMA world and the massive buzz now in the pro wretling world.

apparently he isn't signed to an exclusive contract - rumor is his contract allows him to compete in MMA...

going to be interesting to see if he can pull it off - I still say if he decides to compete he'll be a force to be reckoned with...

TNA has a much lighter schedule than WWE which reduces the chance of injury. Seeing as he'll be doing little for the first month other than promos, he'd be stupid to fight MMA.

A lighter schedule in TNA won't neccessarily mean that there's less chance of injury. TNA allows banned moves such as piledrivers.

If TNA cares about Angle, his matches will look a lot like Stone Cold Steve Austin's when Austin came back from a broken neck. That is if TNA cares about Angle.
