It may look goofy, and the groans are loud and obnoxious. But, you have to give it to the little fella'. He is dedicated, and fit as hell, and his flexibilty..off the hook!

Regardless of his style, he is a an examplar of what most martial artist used to be and should be today. He is a product of less talk, and more train.

You do not see much of that today and especially here in these parts.
