    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Some bagwork I did tonight.

This is my first night training after a 2.5 month hiatus. Give me some feedback. Thanks. I apologize for the shortness, the memory stick was a 32meg card and we used about 25 megs for this video.

    Ready. Set. Go.

Looks very nice for someone who took 2.5 months off training!

My only strong comment is that your hands are dipping a lot instead of keeping guard up during many of your techniques.

Work on setting up that back kick a bit better, and don't through multiples.

    Otherwise, very nice.

Thanks. They are wild because I have never had a boxing coach.

Woot that first spinning back kick made the bag jump.

Besides telling you to keep your hands up and guard your head a little more. I'm in no real position to give feedback.

Looks like you haven't lost anything in that 2.5 month hiatus.

Don't touch the bag to steady it. Time it and use kicks or punches to put the bag where you want it. It will make you move and change angles and teach you about where your energy is actully going.

You got nothing else than that? I wanted people to tear into me. :( Every time you guys do it, I get exponentially better.
