    Tom Kurtz vs Elasticsteel Meaww

    I find this very amuzing.

If you are not familiar both of those methods are for flexibility.

As personally I use both as references for my kick training.

Here is the funny part. There is a Elasticsteel video, that shows how keep the side split in five minutes. A short and sweet routine.
Than Tom Kurz has a one minute routine. Basically he says that 5 minutes is too long.

What if someone comes up with 30 second routine? loooooooooooooooool

I have had amazing results with dynamic stretching that I learned from Tom Kurz. His video was ****, but the information on the site was enough. After not having done TKD in years, I can still kick above my head without warming up. Maybe I'm an exception, but damn, I didn't think it was possible.

Also, he's Polish, which automatically makes him better.

:ninjadanc Note that Kurz routine takes both front and side split, so in effect it is already 20 sec routine per side.:laughing1

They both are not quite correct.

Why do you need a "routine" to keep the split?

Also Kurtz should loose the ambrella and his front split is just a side split with foot turned.

Bought his book. Liked the theory. In the end it all comes down to the same thing, dedication.
