it's a good thing for us then that grappling isn't fighting, it's just wrasslin'

In MMA probably the best thing to do with me and others like me would go right underneath the hands and clinch around the small of the back and go for the takedown as that's caught me before (though, not on the initial lead up).
As far as striking goes probably trying to stick the jab real quick or a front push kick but like I said, i am wary of those two things because thats what i would do ;)
I think my lead up is starting to become a little to trademark though so I'll probably make an effort to stop myself from doing it in the near future or find a way to change it up, ie before my tournament this past weekend i aws picturing it as my opponent coming right out with the push kick which I'd keep my left ready to scoop it off to the side as I came in with the right.

Yeah, I had similar thoughts ... with a couple of differences that I'm not getting into. We might still fight, you know.
Punching is just what people who can't grapple do.Monkey Ninjas! Attack!

Who says girls can't fight?
The same people who say guys can't fight because most fat-assed chip-eating PSP-addicted porn-snarfing pimply-faced couch-wart nerdy wannabes are male.
All generalizations are false.
