My teacher Guru Goodwin ...will give a intensive course in Silat Kuntau Tekpi (a malay silat system) ...in roughfly 8 to 10 seminar

My teacher is first ...a senior of Uncle Bill de Thouars...in Kuntao silat de Thouars...and also learned and certifie under Pendakar Paul de Thouars in Serak ...

We teach only the level beginner and intermediate in Seni silat Tekpi
under Omar Hakim...to introduce the malay silat here in Canada

I can't speak for the Kuntau Tekpi stuff, but KunTao Silat as taught by Uncle Bill (Willem DeThouars) has very little to do with Guy Savelli or his weirdness. Randall Goodwin, Steeve's teacher, has trained with Uncle Bill since the late 70s.
