    Finally Checked....

I finally checked out an MMA gym. I think I am in love with the place. I can't even begin to say how much I liked it. It's way different then my dojang. It was laid back, but still very tough. (the workout was alot and I stress alot tougher then my other workout) The training was really cool and really different. I loved it. We talked to one of the instructors (who was really cool) I'm going back next week to sign up. I'm either signing up for Muay Thai or Sanda. I don't think I've ever been so excited. I can't wait.

Any advice to get ready for the intense workout next week?

you must harden your body with vigorous self-striking to all vulnerable points. bottles and wooden clubs work best, though bricks and rocks will do in a pinch. hurry! you should have started at least six months before your first class!

es mejor no preguntar a los agentes de Bullshido, no mas as lo que tu instructor te dise, y es todo.

Is this in preparation for your big match with the TKD expert you were touting so much?

Invite TKD dude to train with you or check out the gym.
    And get it on film.
Come to think of it, get the MMA gym on film.
