    I prefer a double sided mouthguard, personally. IT makes it easier to keep your mouth closed so you don't get your jaw rocked as easily when you get hit.

    Does this look good? The jaw stabilization looks attractive since again, I have jaw problems.

    For future searchers: Orthodontist said boil-and-bite does not work with braces and that the one Monkey and I posted is the (only?) one that works with braces.

    I have a custom mouth guard. It cost me 116.00 and I feel it was well worth the money. It has a very low profile, forms perfectly to my teeth, and just all around better fit inside my mouth. I highly recomend it to anyone who wears a mouth guard everyday.
