Has anyone experienced what I am experiencing now: A painful burning in the throat, excacerbated by eating or drinking, after rolling for a long time? I think getting stacked is bringing stomach acids into my throat.

The logical answer is to take some antacids and see if it goes away. I solved this problem by not basing my after-class shake on orange juice, or eating a couple Tums first. Not sure what kind of pain you're talking about, but if it was acid you would taste it.

I get it only if I eat Kimchi and someone big goes KOB or its Judo class.
Judo gets it just cause getting slammed with Kimchi in the belly is like putting my insides in blender.
