Actually, now that I think of it, that does seem like a form of entering shihonage (fer those aikidudes/dudettes (pc? why not) ) But then again, it also looks like a few other tech's from Hakko Ryu and Daito and such so it really doesn't have to be shiho, it could be a terribly tekagame or umm.... well ya, all I know is the chick is the tori and they both looks pretty awkward.
Is this Daito or Aiki? I'd like to see some still pics of Daito if anyone can find s'more. (persoanlly just did the google thing and didn't find many stuufs) -

All I know is that if it is shihonage, she'll never get that to work on anyone from that position. Obviously, he's not putting up a fight, but what I am seeing in that pic would just result in a battle of strength which is what we try to avoid in aikido. ( I would assume the same is true in daito-ryu)
Plus he could easily grab her with his other hand. Her maia is all wrong.
I don't think we could say for certain shihonage is the technique they are working on. -
