Something about a GLOCK
I love my 1911's, I carry a Kimber in my backpack along with my laptop, and it's just a great little .45 gun.
I haven't worn or trained with my GLOCK 30 for some time now. I put my paddle on, slapped the 30 in there, and damn, it just hides so well at 4 o'clock.
Since I did most of my firearms training with the 30, it didn't take too long to get my draw so it felt natural, about 6 or 7 times, concealed.
There is just something inherently stable about a GLOCK. From the sound of the slide racking up another round, to the way it feels molded to my hand.

I carry the G-22 on duty, and have a 23 & 27 too. They are great, almost cop-proof weapons.

I couldn't agree more.
As much as I love my 1911...the simplicity of a Glock is a beautiful thing.
And let's be honest...Glocks are fucking easy to clean...and that is a great thing!!!

I guess I'll never get it.

When I was on my old Dept., I carried a glock 22 and I had a 27 for a secondary.
Off duty I carried a sig because I felt the trigger pull and the solid build of the pistol were something I needed. I can't say enough good things about Sig.
I had a glock 30 for a while and it was the most accurate glock I ever owned. The trigger still sucked ass tho.

wouldnt call a Glock cop proof. Most police AD's are derived from Glock users. lack of a manual safety will do that though no matter the gun, be it sigs are HK's
