Stonefaces, I do have that 'Art of fighting' Book in my car.
Do you like it?
About the punch being turned down. My Ajahn used to teach us that way. I think it was taught to increase the power of the punch. I've seen a few people teach it that way.
I don't teach it that way anymore but many people still do, so it's not unheard of.
Personal preference I guess. -
