Muay Thai Technique Video Clips: The Art of Muay Thai video series

The Art of Muay Thai is a pretty solid rundown of muay thai techniques demonstrated by some of the best fighters in thailand. This series was poster over on K-1fans.com a while back and since it's more than a little relevant to this section I figured I'd upload the videos to youtube and post it here.

    Anawut Kaewsamrit - Punching

    Samkor Kietmontep- Kicking part 1

    Samkore Kietmontep- Kicking part 2
    Petchaik Siriwat- Elbows part 1
    Petchaik Siriwat- Elbows part 2
    Petchaik Siriwat- Elbows part 3

Kneeing video will be up shortly.

Read this for flexibility and injury prevention, this, this and this for supplementation, this on grip conditioning, and this on staph. New: On strenght standards, relationships and structural balance. Shoulder problems? Read this.

My crapuous vlog and my blog of training, stuff and crap. NEW: Me, Mrs. Macho and our newborn baby.

New To Weight Training? Get the StrongLifts 5x5 program and Rippetoe's "Starting Strength, 2nd Ed". Wanna build muscle/gain weight? Check this article. My review on Tactical Nutrition here.

t-nation - Dissecting the deadlift. Anatomy and Muscle Balancing Videos.

The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris

Yeah, the chick's accent is completely unintelligeable, but it really doesn't matter what she's saying anyway. From the sound of it, it's just propoganda about how badass muay thai is anyway and nothing really important to the technique.
