turn your hips over, you're not kicking through enough. Other then that looks pretty solid.
What Alex is saying ( i think) is to move to the left if you're kicking with your right leg and lean that direction a bit thereby taking you off their line of attack.

In addition to what Kat is posting, I recommend coming up on your toes a bit more.
edit: oh, and instead of stepping forward, try stepping with your toes pointed out more. It makes for easier rotation.
edit 2: And also, if you turn your hip through more your shoulder should come over and protect your chin better. You're sorta leaving your shoulder behind when you kick.

Also you're really skinny so eat some steaks.
Not bad, I guess. Altough it didnt look like it had much power. But you cant really expect more from a guy that weights 40 pounds though.
How should I actually turn hips "more"?
Should I begin turning hips before I am now beginning so I get bigger twist?
Should I kick like I'm already kicking but just twist hips further/faster into the bag?
Like I said in my previous post, try stepping with your toes pointed out to open your hips up more then throw your kick leading with your hips.

Those pictures arent very good illustrations imo since they're two dimensional and dont give any impression of movement.
Video forthcoming on tuesday.
or you could just watch this vid
samkor wrote the book on powerful kicking
It just occured to me before going to bed to post one of those "The Art of Muay Thai" videos. Actually, I think it'd be a good idea to have a thread stickied that had this and those videos. It'd kind of eliminate all these "how do MT kick... ?" threads.
