Looks like a waste of time for me. I mean yeah, if you're doing it for the cardio or if you have nothing better to do, but those exercises look like they were just tacked on there to seem EXTREME or something.

Not bad-the bands add a twist at least, but I'm not sure I could achieve anything through this that I couldn't by doing normal pressups and weight training. The only good thing in there was the plyometrics, and they're hardly a revelation to the fitness world.

It's true. But the varied resistence carries over nicely to a lot of sports. Pushing out while resisting something from a direction? I've had that scenario before.
