yeah that was my understanding (referring to "The guy at the gym is an idiot... Protein alone will cause you to go through ketosis, lethargy, and a host of other wonderful problems. You need carbohydrates to provide energy for your body.")
but i wasnt sure. cheers.
i will give the workout change thing a go eventually, but i dont know when ill be back into it yet..
