All three are either about exposing McDojos or punking someone... so far he's failed to live up to his big talk...
So, NoobKiller, his opinion isn't actually worth much; he sounds like a blowhard that just wants attention (I'm sure he lurks, so "hi, BlowhardAngryWelshman"), and doesn't follow it through.

It's easy to type stuff on an internet forum and say "oh, I'm pretty sure this guy charges for belt tests and teaches kata and encourages progression through a structured curriculum... OMG MCDOJO... I call Bullshido on thou! GONG SAUUUUUU" and then do nothing about it.
Generally the people who do that sort of stuff on here get found out in next to no time and are universally ridiculed (recently Gabster, ar549 for example).
Angry Welshman isn't important. His opinion isn't important. It isn't credible.

If you feel the need to "call him out", then perhaps doing with such obvious language makes anything you happen to do seem premeditated, if you know what I mean.

Also, does your instructor know about you posting and handing out challenges on the internet? Would he approve of you setting up a meeting in George's Yard?

Anyhow, chill out, think about it, and enjoy your training.

thank you and point taken i cansee your aspect of viewing due to the circumstances i was out of line and perhaps shouldnt have "offered him out" however it is not fair to label a dojo a mcdojo without first seeing what we are all about we are north wales's only British Combat Associasion registered clubs and have the backing of geoff and peter and i think they would have a dim view of their names being used in such a mannner!

McDojo means for profit and anything you want. Which, in and of itself, isn't necessarily bad.

Bullshido would be a label to be mad about.

Bullshido is crappling, fake lineage, fake techniques, fake certificates, fake fight record etc etc etc......

Do you understand?

A good school can be a McDojo or have McDojo tendencies. MT for example we have 2 amateur fighters that post. They attended a gym that gave out belt ranks for MT. MT doesn't have Belt ranks so this is either bullshido (fake) or Mcdojo(profit).

The difference is the belts weren't required for fighters it was more for the exercise oriented people. The ones that don't want contact but want to pretend they can fight. Their teacher was legit hence for profit, equals McDojo. Stilla good gym.

Flip side a certain franchise teaches, through seminars, MMA certification to schools. Well, this is to increase profits (McDojo). Well a certain person was ranked as a 2ND BB in MMA which is obvious bullshido. Also the certification is 4 weekends, 8 hours a day, over a year time frame. Bullshido.

See the difference?

Then why are you here? If fools take it upon themselves to take on an entire dojo based on the chance its a McDojo, its natural selection. Plus Bullshido provides great entertainment through forums stories and videos.
