i am now an orange belt. thank you to everyone who gave advice.

the test was about 1 hour long.

here's what we did: Shadow Boxing, attack and counter drills, combinations, self defense, used heavy bags (1st round punches 2nd round kicks 3rd round punches and kicks)after that we did stamina.
