    Because it wouldnt be 'traditional' if there were no old and outdated exercices included.

    The funny part is if shuia jiao was only represented by their formwork, people would think it would be taekwondo or some kicking art. And not the trips applications they were demonstrating in the vid.

    it boggles my mind how traditional kung fu is a joke. its so old, like didnt they realize when they got into kung fu scuffles back in the day that they were doing bullshit? was like both combatants in the street fight doing bullshit like that? it must have been funny to watch. that one where the guy slides under his legs head first and kicks him in the ass was just too much, that was hysterical. jackie chan wouldnt even pull that crap in his movies because it looks to unrealistic.
