first of it's just discomfort and after boxing my soles of my feetand ankle are hella sore. and i played football and wrestled in highschool. just boxing involves alot of pivoting. yes i went to a muay thai camp over summer ands had no problems.
but ireally wanna add boxing defensesa primarily dodging to my stand up game so idont have to eat punches like alot of muay thai guys.
and in grappling arts i dont have this problem
