I run 30 minutes in the morning, then Cardiovascular exercises for other 30.
Then i do muscular tonification with my own body weight (not steel).
Then i do stretchings.
At noon i train my students at the university one hour.
At night i train in my Dojo for 2 hours.
Thats about it moreless Monday to Friday.
Oh, and i masturbate a lot (for the "Deadly Grappling Technique" strenght) -

Hardcore training though. I'm impressed !
My training at the moment
(scaled back for a few months, after my blackbelt grading...):
2 nights a week martial arts class
1 distance run per week
1 sprint session per week
2 nights a week - chinups, dips
2-3 nights per week - bodyweight exercises

Okay, here's my amateur MAist regimen at the moment:
BJJ classes twice a feek, followed by some two hours of rolling with whoever sticks around. Open mat (two hours of rolling) once a week.
Riding my bike to work every day (15 or 30 minutes one way, depending on what office I go to).
Running some 5 miles once a week.There are no wrong threats, only wrong answers. (Strategy game truism) -

Good topic,
GYM in the morning mon, wed, fri, sat, - 45mins. treadmill then lift for about 1 hour.
DOJO 2 hours in evening mon, tues, wed, thurs - mix drills/sparring/kata , yes I am a TMA .
sunday I refuel - beer and bbq

Conditioning:
Three times a week, five mile run for time. Followed by alternating sprints of 10 x 40 or 4 x 100.
Weights:
Light weight workout 60 minutes, full body with special attention to BJJ muscles ie. forearms for grip and back for bridging. 3 times a week.
Class:
3 x week.
Once BJJ with Gi, Once without and one Shooto class per week.

Several cucumber finger sandwiches for lunch.
A huge bowl of Hamburger Helper (just the Helper, no burger) and some Hostess Fruit Pies for dinner.
Sleep 1 hour a night.
Sit in the bathtub, in icewater, for 2 hours.
Drink several pots of coffee, lightened with buttermilk.
Swat furiously at the flies that have gathered around my basement hobo cemetary (using special fly killing techniques developed by watching ISKA kata performances.)
Wear shoes that are several sizes too small.
Dig holes.
Kiai at the mailman.
But then I take Sundays off.
