The street argument is retarded. BJJ is so much overkill for the street that its ridiculous. Unless you're the idiot that picks a fight with the high school wrestling team, barring knife or gun play, the opponent shouldn't make it past double leg + ground and pound - Osiris -

Yoga kicks ass
Both for the hot girls and for gaining strength at the extreme range of motion. Which comes in hand when you're doing BJJ or any other ne waza /wrestling activity. It's good too to build good flexibility habits now because as you get older it is the only way you are going to be able to keep on doing full contact martial arts.
FYI the power yoga/ashtanga stuff tends to stress moving through the postures, while Iyengar schools do the static poses, often with helper tools (foam blocks etc). Funny thing though is that I've seen movies of Iyengar (on youtube) moving through ashtanga like poses...make of that what you will. -
