    Plyometrics are to be done after strength training for best affect, In fact, I'd use them as your last set. Producing strength and producing power are entirely different muscular actions. This theory is proven when you do a set of plyo pushups, record the number, and then rest an hour, and do them after a set of bench presses. It comes up with almost the same number. Do some squat jumps after your squats, or some plyo pushups after your bench presses. Throwing around a medicine ball counts as well. And it's more fun!

    All great info guys.... Thanks alot...
    As far as Docs go the only one that I ever spoke to that had some good information from a lifting standpoint was an orthopedist that I went to a number of years ago but then again he use to handle college and professional athletes...
