Strike(hand): Backfist to sweep away your opponents guarding hands, followed by a ridgehand, cross, or hook-- Power generated by momentum and rotation.

Kick: A roundhouse is simple, powerful, and fast-- Power generated by hip turning, body weight, momentum. But a good power front kick is great for distancing as well as damage-- Power generated by forward momentum, leg strength, flexible hips, proper body postioning to maximize landing the most body weight into the kick.

Handstrike: A lapel grab then a reverse punch to the chin or an elbow across the jaw.

Kick: Stamp front kick when they are walking into it or if you can land it a back kick. (Getting chased up some stairs a back kick is a great option.)
