You do not want to over train. Listen to your body, if you do not feel run down or sore then do not worry about it. If you do take a day off. Workout with intelligence. Train hard and good luck

While FD may or may not require advice, I don't really care; Hannibal, shut the **** up.
You're not a trainer and don't know ****. If anyone who actually fights/fought wants to give advice, fine.
If not the rest of us should shut the **** up and continue making fun of FD in case someone legitimately training finds this thread expecting sound advice.
