How do I know if I'm working out too much?

You do not want to over train. Listen to your body, if you do not feel run down or sore then do not worry about it. If you do take a day off. Workout with intelligence. Train hard and good luck

If you can get 8 hrs of sleep per night, then you'll be okay. Just take at least one rest day per week.

While FD may or may not require advice, I don't really care; Hannibal, shut the **** up.
You're not a trainer and don't know ****. If anyone who actually fights/fought wants to give advice, fine.

If not the rest of us should shut the **** up and continue making fun of FD in case someone legitimately training finds this thread expecting sound advice.
