Has anyone used the Triflex Supplement?
Let me first say that I have never used any dietary supplements prior to this and do not really know what to expect, that's why I am here hoping to hear from some people who have tried it.
It's called Triflex, it a supplement made up of Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM.
It's supposed to help rebuild cartilage and lubricate joints. Basically my knees are shite (too many hyper extensions over the years), my elbows are only slightly better off than my knees and hips have extreme flexibility issues. I just started taking this supplement today to try to improve the state of my knees more than anything else.
Has anyone else used this supplement? What kind of results did you have? Did you experience any kind of side effects?
Appreciate all your help!
THe big issue with glucosamine supplements is the purity/bioavailability of some of the agreements. Particularly with the Chondroitin, since that is a very expensive substance. That is the most likely thing you'll find missing in a supplement.
I don't see a brand called triflex on there. I personally take:
Schiff® Move Free® Joint Strengthener™ plus MSM (375 mg Glucosamine Complex (Glucosamine Hydrochloride, N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine, and Glucosamine Sulfate), 300 mg Chondroitin Sulfate, and 375 mg MSM per tablet, 4 per day)
It is certified by consumerlabs.com as having the right amount of ingredients, and it contains an amount that has been clinically verified as having actual benefit.
Triflex is a GNC product.
Glucosamine HCL 1500mg
Chondroitin Sulfate, Sodium 1200mg
Other ingredients Titanium Dioxide, also contains Crustaceans (shrimp)
How have your results been from taking Schiff?
I take 750/600mg Glucosamine/Chondroitin a day from GNC. I think most studies involve twice that dose but are tested on older patients with arthitis and such. Since I am still young(20) and have no joint problems I figure the half dose is a good preventative measure. I also take flax seeds which in addition to overall health I read the fatty acids may help out the joints.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Also, check if its cheaper to buy the glucosamine chondroitin and MSM separately.

when you buy at GNC make sure you have the gold card and buy during the first week of the month to save an extra 20% on top of the BOGO promotion. Otherwise I think you can find better values elsewhere.
I know the MSM and 750/600 Glucosamine Chondroitin pills are BOGO.
doll-sized this is expected
attributes more than morals trivial hundred percent horde becomes doable and a not sort of this is expected
What the ****?
