I have lost a ton of weight in the past few months by doing the following:
training as often and as hard as possible, drinking lots of water, excercising on my own.
In terms of eating I have cereal for breakfast. For lunch I usually have low fat yogurt and or cottage chesse and once a week I may have pizza or something out. For dinner I eat a normal meal but I eat it early (usually around five) before I train. Friday night and Saturday I eat whatever I want.
I have had alot of success by doing this (I'v lost 20 pounds in three months and Im still losing). The main point is to excercise more and eat healthier but also to reward yourself so you dont go crazy.
