Try eating a low carbohydrate diet. Gets the fat off quick.

Multiply your bodyweight by 1.5.
Example: 150 lbs X 1.5 = 225
You should consume that many grams of protein per day. Cut the carbs.

High intake of water. Phrost is right.
Also, I found that sunflower seeds help curb the urge to snack on unhealthy food, and they provide a great protein source.

Good fat and protein. They can't be beaten when it comes to natural snacks.
You can adds almonds, cashews, walnuts as well.
