Somehow, somebody taught me to work out as hard as I could. So I try hard. Instructors have come to me and said how they like the way I train. So all I have to do is show up and it's automatic.
And if I miss class, I do start to miss class, if you get my drift, and start feeling withdrawl pains. I like the way my body feels when I train often. It feels soft and yucky when I slack off.

I motivate myself firstly by the good feeling I get when I learn new stuff, and secondly when I rememeber how weak I used to be and some of the fights Ive had over the years, and the injuries sustained.
Plus the fact that ive almost died from some of those injuries, helps give me added motivation when it comes to training.

i tell myself that i have a image to maintain, and if i dont train diligantly each and everyday i will lose the battle that i train for everyday.
to master anything you have to be self motivated.

Honestly, my body is like a shark :)
