Videos 2 and 3 are things that I can do, except for the power ring rollout things in the third video. This is the fruity **** I used to do minus the kettlebells and power rings, and everyone laughed at me. Balance, muscular balance, strong abs, lower back, and a tough transverse abdominus, are all he has. His non-power-ring pushup variations are way easier than a one arm pushup, and the "Thug Workout" guys on youtube can do more impressive pullup variations.
