There's no choice but to confront you, to engage you, to erase you. I've gone to great lengths to expand my threshold of pain. I will use my mistakes against you. There's no other choice.

I read the rules man, I'm just saying, I know that's what's gonna happen.

    Just not worth it.

100 pushups isn't even a requirement, just a catchy tagline. You're getting scored on form, with penalty points for stuff (I only skimmed through it) and the total number of pushups that you do is divided by 5 to come out to some sort of end number influenced by the members... whatever. 100 pushups? Not hard at all. 33 pushups a minute with perfect form? Not sure about that one... third minute has to start aching.

That'll be a cakewalk for any military members.

Someone copy and paste the rules so everyone can see.

That's just it. I can belt out 100 Navy regulation pushups, but I guarantee you wouldn't get a fair shake on the form. Chances are, some regular on those forums will end up with the money, simply because the audience would be more forgiving of someone they're familiar with rather than some random person that wandered on there.

Exactly the point I'm trying to express done much more eloquently. Thank you.

True. I know a hell of a lot of people who can do a multitude of shitty pushups arching back going down halfway etc. Try it now, do 100 where your infront of a mirror or video camera and make fucking sure your 100% perfect form elbows in.

I remember I was checking out different places to train, this one establishment had us all get in a circle at the start of "class" and do craploads of pushups, situps, one-arm pushups, etc. It went through this routine and then started again ad nauseum. I was thinking "Damn, these guys are crazy", that is, until I glance around and notice their pushups were being done WITH THE KNEES ON THE FLOOR!@! THEY WERE DOING GIRL PUSHUPS! LOL!
Straight punches make you go blind. More damage is done to a criminals nervous system when they are struck. Strikes that make you stronger. All this and more systema douchebaggery:
