While I do agree that arm punches are for "fags", try taking 5-10 of those in the face, you don't look so good after that. I think that arm punches are only effective when they are being thrown numerous times in a row, and as fast as possible. Vitor Belfort is a good example, with his punching speed, it would be damn hard to twist your hips that quickly, and yet he gets the job done.

vitor belfort doesnt throw arm punches. he is just really, really fast. and i would try taking those to the face but you see we actually train people to fight so i would have to go somewhere else to get hit by shitty punches.

Vitor Belfort is a good boxer, dumbass. Arm punches suck, period. I'd rather take 5-10 of those than 5-10 REAL punches.

work on your rear leg, its one thing to have fast hands, but fast hands with fast feet makes you faster.
