    You also apparently are worried about HAND dexterity only, unless you plan on dazzling peopled with feats of finger related agility, I would work on all around agility, to which their are many drills, which are easy to find.

    Example, going into strikestan and using the SEARCH function or the phyiscal training forum and repeating the same process.

    I've known a few people who do DDR on a hardcore basis. It doesn't really help over all dexterity, because it isn't random, the only way to get good at the game is to memorize the patterns so that you can get the timing right. It will increase your leg dexterity for those specific steps. It how ever does not benefit you in the long run, let alone a situation where you would need to be able to call upon all around reflexes.

    Plyometrics. More than speed, what people need is explosive powah. Good coordination and fast reflexes are important but only if they have power.

    Speed by itself is nothing, except with masturbatory exercises.
