Search function for plyometrics

I personally like to juggle and play hot hands to develop hand speed.

I "was" told DDR helps with the foot speed and coordination.

Are you fucking stupid? How would dealing cards help you punch somebody? Or kick them? You'd only get faster at dealing cards.
