Breakfast is killing me.

Eating light never worked for me. I need meat, taters, and cheese. Real heavy. That way I am full and won't hurl in class. Yes, that's how it works for me. If I eat light (a fucking bagel or some ****), I WILL hurl, because there is nothing to keep my stomach full. That one bagel just keeps sloshing around. Where as if I eat a **** load, it can't move around, because it's all packed in there. That's the easiest way to explain it. I don't get naseous when I am full, only when I am hungry.

Well, I've got the opposite problem. If I have a heavy meal, there is no way I can train. I have to wait for my food to digest.
