    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Seriously, this is not normal

This person that I know who sometimes Instant Messages me just sent me this link:
    http://www.trueswords.com/
See the Final Fantasy collection the giant sword.

I'm thinking, ok, whats this? some kind of comedy site (not looking at the link and just clicking). It loads and I see this ****.

Besides for the serious impracticality and danger of someone (think pale sickly Final Fantasy nerd) hurting themselves with it, it's also described as Battle-Ready. I doubt anything that can be sold/made for 100 bucks can be safe to handle, especially with such a... "unique" (or fucking retarded, your choice of words) shape.

:wtfgif9fr Is this taking LARPing to a whole new level, or have I just not lurked on this site long enough.

You haven't been lurking long enough.

They are collector's props, kind of like those light and sound making lightsabers. Sure they're dangerous if the user is an idiot, but if you consider it natural selection in action it is much less concerning.

Yes, it becomes silly if you run around thinking you are link.

If half this **** was around earlier, for cheap when I was younger, it would be on the wall in my house.

Having only 2 materia slots is hardly a problem when one of those materia is KotR.
LARPers are a thing to be feared when they can beckon forth an army of near endless knights all doing maximum damage.

I don't care that **** is cool. They actually built that weapon.

    http://www.trueswords.com/sword_care_maintenance.php

Simply treating your edged weapons with respect and care will easily keep them looking brand new for many years to come.

    Sword Wielding
All edged weapons, battle ready or not, may injure, kill and/or become damaged if used improperly. Follow these simple do's and don'ts to safely enjoy your sword(s) for years to come.

    Use common sense
Do not swing any edged weapon carelessly. Keep in mind that your sword, battle ready or not, is still a weapon that can injure or kill someone. Although we all have a "warrior" inside of us, we are not always on a battlefield. Make sure you are in an area where you can swing your weapon without hitting someone or something. Swords can also slip out of your hands. Selling your sword to pay for a lawsuit settlement is a big bummer. Be very careful and use common sense when handling your sword.
You didn't click around enough. This was the first thing I checked. After the "Battle Ready" Comment.

Haha, I was thinking the same exact thing when I saw that.

I wish they somehow made that baddass ring-wire-slicey-thing from Johnny Mnemonic
