    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Critique my video plz; not my spelling.

I got a video of me doing the Bas Rutten All-Round Workout Routine 1.

I haven't had any formal Muay Thai instruction so I was wondering if anyone could help me out with my technique during the shadowboxing.

    Thanks.

    Criticism?

    How about you are LARPing?

You have no formal instruction and you are training from a video. Great!

You want to hear "wow you have nice muscles and move pretty good for a novice..."

I don't think you'll hear that around here...

I'm confused as to why you put this video online.

Instructional videos are a supplement to formal training, not a substitute thereof.

Great moves! the only way to test out your moves is to go to a biker bar.
Do that right now, then post that vid up for us!
    Cheers!

Seriously, you worked hard but you're post has nothing to do with MAs.

Perhaps you should have posted this in Physical Training, Diet, and Health.

your pushups suck. you let your lower back sink in and you didn't go all the way down.

The purpose of the training is to provide an "all-round workout". I was wondering if anyone with actual experience can critique my 'Muay Thai'. Bas (edit:showed) the basics of each strike so I don't think its meant for someone who is truly experienced.

Watch this video. Look at his pushups =]. In fact, in the actual instructional video, he does it a bit more differently.
