That we've just reached 2000 members?

That several of the original members are back?

That despite the occassional flame, guys don't take things as personal as they used to?

That the forum's moving slower because more memeber are probably logged on at the same time.

As a new guy who lurked for several months beforehand, I want to say I have grown to really enjoy this site and get attached to it. Part of me fears what I enjoy will be lost with too many members, although I am probably just paranoid.

Oh yeah Phrost, please stop using goddamn IIS :) It crawls with over 30 users. Maybe it's the forum app . . . I can't wait to see the new one!

Nice observation, I hope for the site/Phrost that this is entirely true. The Site is still fast for me.

The forum's running slower because we're doing around 4 GIGABYTES per DAY in traffic, not to mention getting over 150K page views a day as well.

Apparently we're a big hit in Asia and parts of Europe. I might have to make a few foriegn language forums at some point.
