I finally decided to try NO(Shock Therapy) and I won't be buying it after this runs out(sems like to much $$ not enough return). My question is does the NO help with creatine absorption? Has anyone had positive results taking them together?
I figure I'll try 1/2 serving with each creatine dose to help absorption. Any thoughts?
(I'm currently taking 5 gams creatine everyday, on workout days I'll take it Pre workout)
I suggest running your thoughts on Usenet on the rec.martial-arts newsgroup BS-meter before forking out money for dubious products. In all cases, ask around first, then buy.
Well i have been using mon creatine and feel it works. Problem is when I tried the NO it was not a good experience. I've tried the 1/2 NO with creatine and no problems, I was hoping it would get more use out of the creatine.
A supplement called Trac does this( combines some NO with a regular amount of creatine, where most NO only have like a gram).
I just don't want to waste the NO if it can help in this way.
