The Gracies and nutriding

Gracies are a cult. Many people just go there because... well to try and get famous by eating dinner with them. They have some great guys that come out of there though. I train BJJ and not from them. Sensei has never even trained with them, then again he is right of the boat from Brazil... but anyways...
If you don't want to train BJJ because of the Gracie ways... try and find somewhere that doesn't have a Gracies trainer. I did. If you live near/in NYC it will be hard not to deal with Gracie guys though... they are all over. Kinda like Asians in Chinatown.

Hmm... I will have to test the water first. Like as I say in other post there is a new BJJ school VERY close to where I work that I am interest in. But I have to talk to few people about Gracie to see if they still think Gracie is some kind of fighting god before I join any thing relate to BJJ.

He isn't a god. But I won't take anything away from him/them... just he isn't the best thing since sliced bread
